I read a fic awhile back and I can find it. It's where Eren gets pregnant with twins by Levi. But then Levi moves and after a couple years Eren moves. He finds Levi and Levi doesn't remember him. So he keeps the kids a secret from him and then Levi wants to be friends with Eren and thinks a the kids are his siblings and then finds out there Erens kids and want to be the father even if the father wants to be there and later finds out he is the father. Can you help me?
